The Cyril Residence won first place in the residential construction category of the 2025 South Moravian Region Building Competition. This is the second major award for our modern apartment building in Brno’s Královo Pole district, featuring 25 move-in-ready units, which makes us all the more delighted. We see this as confirmation that our focus on quality living, thoughtful details, and functional solutions pays off. We would like to thank all our partners, architects, contractors, and colleagues who contributed to the project and helped turn this vision into reality.

The Nová Juta project at Dělnická 11 continues to take shape. The entire structure has now risen above the second floor, which means it is beginning to have a noticeable impact on the street scene.

The underground floors have already been completely poured with concrete. They are currently being cleared out and dried so that the next steps in the construction process can begin. With each passing day, you can see how the project is rising higher and taking on a concrete form.

Work on the Na Poříčí project is still underway throughout the entire building, and some sections are already entering the final stages of completion.

In Building A, the interiors of the rooms are largely complete, including the installation of furniture, and the final details are being fine-tuned. The top floor is now taking shape thanks to its unique spaces featuring sleeping platforms, where the assembly of more complex custom-made furniture is underway.

The common areas are also gradually taking on their final character—on the ground floor, terrazzo flooring has been installed in combination with wooden flooring, and furniture production and the fine-tuning of details are currently underway.

Building B is currently in the phase where bathroom tiling is underway, plumbing and electrical work is being finalized, and the interior is being prepared for final touches, including wood paneling on the ceilings, painting, and carpet installation.

Residence Cyril, a modern new building in Brno-Královo Pole, won a special award from Adresa magazine in the Real Estate Project of the Year competition. The project was recognized for its high-quality architectural design, well-thought-out layout, and emphasis on technologies that increase comfort and energy efficiency in living spaces. The residence offers fully equipped rental apartments designed in a “ready-to-live” concept, with heat recovery, ceiling heating and cooling, smart home technology, and an A energy rating. The award confirms that even new rental housing can meet high standards of quality and long-term sustainability.

The grand opening of Rezidence Cyril was attended by partners, technical supervisors, collaborators, and colleagues involved in the project. The event included a symbolic ribbon cutting and a tour of the building, including selected apartments.
