Historic Art Nouveau home revived in Karlín

This listed Art Nouveau building in Prague’s Karlín district, dating from 1909, has undergone a sensitive renovation. The original details of the building at Sovova 3 have been restored, with the architects taking inspiration from the original design and features of the building. Above all, however, the common areas and apartments were renovated, and two new duplex apartments were added. We will present one of them in photos and text, a spacious 4+kk apartment that combines the charm of an old house with the comfort of modern living.
