Rezidence Cyril has received a nomination in the Best of Realty competition, one of the most prestigious awards in the Czech real estate market. We are particularly pleased by this nomination, as it further confirms the long-term direction we have been pursuing at Urbaneo.
Cyril Nominated for Best of Realty Award
Why the nomination for the Cyril Residence is significant
The Best of Realty competition was established in 1999 and has long recognized newly built or extensively renovated real estate projects across the Czech Republic. Winners are selected by an expert jury that evaluates not only architectural and construction design but also the project’s overall contribution to the real estate market.
Rezidence Cyril is a modern new development in the Královo Pole district of Brno, offering 25 fully equipped rental units ranging from 1+kk (studio with kitchenette) to 3+kk (two-bedroom with kitchenette) layouts. Each apartment features a private balcony, loggia, or terrace and is designed to provide pleasant living with a high standard of everyday comfort.
This experience is further enhanced by technologies such as ceiling heating and cooling, smart home systems, and exterior shading. It is precisely this combination of high-quality amenities, well-thought-out layouts, modern technology, and a focus on well-being that earns Rezidence Cyril its place among the nominees.
