On December 11, 2025, we officially opened and completed Rezidence Cyril, a modern new building in Brno–Královo Pole. The project expands Urbaneo’s portfolio with additional fully equipped rental housing.

About Residence

From the foundation stone to the finished house

The cornerstone of the Cyril Residence was laid on September 23, 2023. Construction took just over two years and included all phases of the project – from preparation and structural work to the completion of technology and apartment furnishings.

Rezidence Cyril is a modern new building in Brno-Královo Pole with 25 rental units ranging from 2+kk to 3+kk. The building is designed with an emphasis on low operating costs, a high-quality interior environment, and long-term operation.

The standard of the building includes:

  • heat recovery for a constant supply of fresh air
  • ceiling heating and cooling connected to heat pumps
  • smart home
  • emphasis on acoustic comfort
  • energy label A
  • green roof, elevator, bicycle storage, and parking stackers

The apartments are fully equipped and ready to move in immediately.

Grand opening

The grand opening of Rezidence Cyril was attended by partners, technical supervisors, collaborators, and colleagues involved in the project. The event included a symbolic ribbon cutting and a tour of the building, including selected apartments. We would like to thank everyone who attended the event, as well as those who participated in the project during its preparation and implementation.

Rezidence Cyril is another of Urbaneo’s fully equipped rental housing projects. We have a number of other buildings and projects in the pipeline for future tenants – you have a lot to look forward to!
