How is the construction progressing in Prague?

Dělnická 11

Prague, Holešovice

The construction of the Dělnická 11 project is underway in Prague’s Holešovice, which will bring dozens of new flats in a dynamically developing part of the city. Holešovice is one of the fastest growing districts in Prague today – in addition to its traditional industrial history, galleries, cafés, cultural centres and a modern business zone are being built here.

The building is currently in the construction phase of the second underground floor.

  • over 90 tons of iron have already been deposited,
  • more than 600 m³ of concrete concreted
  • we have another 400 m³ of concrete to pour,
  • and there’s another 200 tons of iron on the way.

The underground part of the building alone requires over 1,000 m³ of concrete and more than 300 tonnes of reinforcement. This shows how demanding the process is to ensure a solid foundation for the entire building.

Vlkova 11

Prague, Zizkov

The Vlkova Residence project in Prague’s Žižkov district is slowly approaching completion of its rough construction. This part of the city has a long history – from a traditional working-class neighbourhood to today’s colourful and lively area full of cafes, parks and cultural events.

After the completion of the rough construction we will have:

  • installation of windows and facade fillings,
  • work on the facade,
  • gradual installation of technologies – from air conditioning to sewerage.

The residence will offer 27 modern apartments and also a commercial unit on the ground floor. The combination of modern architecture and excellent accessibility to the city centre will make Vlkova an attractive address for both individuals and families.
