Komárovské nábřeží

A new multifunctional building will be built on the corner of Komárovská and Komárovské nábřeží streets, bringing modern urban housing, commercial space and a business incubator to this part of Brno. The project combines a 10-storey corner building with apartments, accommodation units and services on the ground floor, and a free-standing office building in the courtyard with open public space. Emphasis is placed on quality urban design, green spaces and support for business development. The proposal is fully in line with the current and forthcoming masterplan and responds to the need to revitalise and cultivate this urban area.
