Modern urban multifunctional house
Nová Juta at Dělnická 11 is an upcoming multifunctional new building in Prague’s Holešovice, which sensitively follows the character of the surrounding buildings and the industrial history of the place. The project consists of two main buildings – a street house with 7 storeys and a courtyard building with 6 storeys, connected by light-filled hall spaces and an inner courtyard. Four commercial units will be created on the ground floor of the street section, activating the ground floor and opening up the house towards the street.
In total, there will be 60 fully equipped rental apartments in layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk in high standard. The project also includes a two-storey underground car park with a capacity of 76 parking spaces, solved by a car lift. The architectural design works with brick, terrazzo and industrial motifs, which refer to the original hall structure and history of Holešovice, but at the same time meets the requirements of contemporary modern urban living. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-2027.

Nová Juta thus naturally becomes part of the transformation of Holešovice into a fully-fledged modern urban district.
