The jury evaluates not only architectural and urban planning standards, but also sustainability, user access, and overall contribution to the community.
The Sovova 3 project in Karlín combines historical charm with modern comfort. The sensitive renovation in 2024 preserved the Art Nouveau character of the building, complemented by modern technologies such as heat recovery, Loxone smart home systems, and acoustic solutions for the interiors.
