The first quarter of the year is behind us

The first quarter of the year flew by faster than we expected. But we’re not slowing down for a moment—we’re working on all our projects every day, and progress is visible literally week by week.

Here’s an update on our three construction sites in Prague. Each one is moving at its own pace, but they all have one thing in common—constant progress.

Praha Holešovice

Nová Juta above 2nd floor

Dělnická 11

The Nová Juta project at Dělnická 11 continues to take shape. The entire structure has now risen above the second floor, which means it is beginning to have a noticeable impact on the street scene.

The underground floors have already been completely poured with concrete. They are currently being cleared out and dried so that the next steps in the construction process can begin. With each passing day, you can see how the project is rising higher and taking on a concrete form.

Praha Žižkov

Dva objekty, jeden velký progres

Vlkova 11

Work on the Vlkova 11 project is proceeding simultaneously on both buildings, and the pace is evident at first glance.

On Building A, the structural work is complete, including the roof and installed windows. Currently, the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems are being installed, gradually preparing the building for the next phases of interior work.

Meanwhile, Building B has already reached the third floor. We are installing acoustic partitions between apartments and preparing the roof ring beam, with the roof itself scheduled for installation at the end of March. At the same time, excavation work for the sewer system is underway in the basement. The building is taking shape, and progress is visible every week.

Work across the entire project

Na Poříčí

Work on the Na Poříčí project is still underway throughout the entire building, and some sections are already entering the final stages of completion.

In Building A, the interiors of the rooms are largely complete, including the installation of furniture, and the final details are being fine-tuned. The top floor is now taking shape thanks to its unique spaces featuring sleeping platforms, where the assembly of more complex custom-made furniture is underway.

The common areas are also gradually taking on their final character—on the ground floor, terrazzo flooring has been installed in combination with wooden flooring, and furniture production and the fine-tuning of details are currently underway.

Building B is currently in the phase where bathroom tiling is underway, plumbing and electrical work is being finalized, and the interior is being prepared for final touches, including wood paneling on the ceilings, painting, and carpet installation.
